Warning note on giving honey to infants:–
Honey should not be given to infants under the age of 18 months. The baby’s digestive system is not strong enough to digest the naturally occurring bacteria in honey. These bacteria are typically harmless to older kids and adults because their mature digestive systems can move the spores through the body before they cause any harm. This can lead to food poisoning and in worst case, even death.
